One of our challenge is to minimize the environmental impact of our business as much as possible. 

Thanks to the installation of a photovoltaic system, we generate approximately half of the energy consumed. Part of this energy is transferred to the network and used to meet the energy needs of the company headquarters district. 

The introduction of an advanced wastewater purification system and advanced technology for washing the plants has allowed us to reduce the consumption of water necessary to carry out the activity by approximately 50%.

Vitalfarco constantly invest in the research of raw materials with low environmental impact and active ingredients from up-cycling, as well as adopting complete ecofriendly packaging, like FSC certificated cardboard, PCR Plastic and Green PE, the special bioplastic made from sugar cane that allows to capture CO2 from the atmosphere instead of introducing it.
